Product Description

1. Uses and Characters

This machine is mainly used in producing rough work-piece of weaving clutch facing, and it could wind soaked and dried thread in rational track. It can ensure the surface is very smooth. The machine can automatically weighing the soaked and dried yarn (contain copper or Non copper), Feeding this kind of yarn to the weaving machine and winding the rough workpiece of clutch facing at the same time.

  There are 2 weighing units and 2 Yarn Feeding units in the weighing system. The clutch facing weaving machine can be worked automatically winding clutch facing, automatically output clutch facing, automatically counting how many pieces clutch facing have been made.

 

For diameter from 230mm to 430mm clutch facing the daily output is about 600 pieces. For diameter from 100mm to 160mm clutch facing the daily output is about 1600 pieces.

Noted:

To give full play to the efficiency of the machine, please note that for weaving machine should have the following features:

1). Tape should be sufficient tensile strength. The tensile strength of tape should not be less than 4 kg;

2). Tape suitable viscosity. This is the most important condition for the machine normally work, cord is too dry, not bonded to each other, can’t form shape. If the cord is too wet & too sticky, sticky roller, even causing machine stop. Appropriate viscosity should be: Two lines cross pressure with the hand should be able to stick together, and can open again. Maintain this state of time should be as long as possible.

3). Tape should be in order. Too messy too soft or too hard will affect the weaving speed, or can't even use.

4). Tape minimum diameter≥3 mm, max. width ≤15mm,Min. thickness≥1mm,  The width of the cord should be adjusted according to the diameter of the clutch facing. The smaller the diameter, the smaller the width should be.

 

3. Working Principle

  The cord conveyed by the feeding device and start weighing according to the presetting weight (rough-piece). The weighted corn then enters into the pipe for winding. The vertebral units in the Big (or Small) plate start rolling to winding the clutch facing rough piece. During this processing the clamp plate compactness the rough piece and when winding completion, the clamp plate will be released automatically and work pieces felt off.

 

 

4. Installation and Adjustment

4.1 Installation

4.1.1 After unpacking, first check whether the machine with packing list, if there is anything incorrect, please contact with us immediately. 

4.1.2 The machine must fixed to solid ground, use bottom adjusting bolts to make it levelly in up surface. The manipulator line hight of auto-weighing machine must fact to center of feeding system roller of weaving machine. The two machines should be approximately in parallel, and then lock the bolts. 

4.1.3 Put through compressed air:

The machine needs compressed air, press is4~6 bar, consuming air quantity ≤0.2m3/min. Its only need to connect entrance in machine to air source. Add 20# machine oil to oil cup in air source.

4.1.4 Choose route of voltage 430V and Zero line according to its power, and connects it to relevant end in controller box of weaving machine.  

4.2 Adjustment

4.2.1 Adjust decompress valve of entrance compressed air until pressure gauge indicates 0.35~0.4MPa. Adjusting the decompress valve of pressing cylinder[5 in picture 1 ]  and make the gauge hand of meter at 0.2MPa. 

4.2.2 Close power switch and check whether indicator is working. 

4.2.3 Manual-manipulating

 Start main motor and check whether rotation direction is correct; 

 control the action of press plate and check whether the forward and backward action of wire arrangement plate is normal, adjust its speed through soundproofing flow controller; 

 Control material unloading  action, and check material-unloading cutters action, its speed can control through soundproofing flow controller. If all above action are normal and can run trial.

 

5. Maintenance Weaving Machine

5.1 Equipment Operation is controlled by skillful or well-trained operator to avoid accidents occurred.  

5.2 Check all parts status of the equipment entirely when getting off/on daily.

5.3 All dusts or unknown substances removed away from machine body daily.

5.4 Filling #20 lubricating oil to lower friction wheel oil tank to standard level when working shift changed daily.

5.5 Reduction Gear inner part should be replaced every 3 months, in addition, lubricating oil should be changed completely every 6 months and keep in standard level, once every six months to replace the lubricant oil within the transmission shaft.

 

6. Maintenance for Weighting System

6.1 Blade should be replaced every 3 months.

6.2 Pressure Roller should be replaced every 9-12 months

6.3 Active Wheel should be replaced every 12 - 15 months.

6.4 Yarn feeding line should be replaced every 6 months

 

7. Common fault and troubleshooting

7.1 Scratch or wear of in-line holder, replace the holder to overcome issue. The platen shaft keyway, transmission gear shaft keyway, coupling keyway, hub

7.2 Keyway will be wear; Re-make a new keyway can be prevailed over.
